Well I wasn't able to do my journal yesterday, because Jim and I took diamond on a 2 hour and 45 minute walk yesterday I figure it was about 9 miles and we were kinda wore out when we got home. I was able to do my food and exercise journal for yesterday though. I still haven't smoked a cigarette it's been 7 days free and I feel good my breathing is getting a little better.
Well it's 6am and I have to finish up my shift, so I'll update the rest of the day later tonight.

Well I decided to go shopping for some new tops ,After shopping I decided that I should also get a new hair cut for the summer and after that I needed a pair of flip-flops and sunglasses. I spent way to much money I should of went to bed instead. I did get to do about 2 hours of walking around while I was shopping so that's something good right.
Well Jim and I took diamond out for her 9 mile walk tonight and my feet are really sore I still have to work in 3 1/2 hours so its a shower and bed for me until tomorrow .
