tahap awal jeruk kunci 2-3 buah diperas ke ayam dan lumuri garam secukupnya diamkan 10-15 menit lalu dicuci bersih
lalu siapkan
2 siung bwg putih, 1 siung bwg merah (diiris tipis)
Kecap manis 1 sdm
vetsin secukupnya
bubuk lada hitam seckupnya
minyak kanola 1 sdm (dilumuri di ayam)
dimarinasi 20-30 menit
lalu tusuk sate dan siap dipanggang
kalo yang kuning" itu telor orak arik ya..
