* 1 Kilo = 7700 Kal * Consumsi Harian 800 sd 1000 Kal Saja dari Kebutuhan 2200 Kal Biasanya * Joging 5 Km / 350 sd 400 Kal / day jam 16 sore wajib Kecuali Sabtu & Minggu * Breakfast 08:00Banana sunpride 1 dan 3 Putih Telur+ Susu Whey Protein 1 Scoup ( Whey Pro Hibryd Nutrition) atau air putih jg gpp / hot tea less sugar * Lunch Nasi Merah 130 g + Dada ayam + Sayur (brokoli Atau lainnya atur aja * dinner jam 19:00 max Banana + Sayur Brokoli + Nasi Merah dikit aja (kalaw mau) * Yg Penying asupan ttap 1000 Kal Max / Day, Jadi Kalaw ada joging 1000-350 = 750 Kal/ Day, Hasil Dari Diet Makan Turun 1 Kg + 1 Kg Dari Joging. So 1 minggu Turun 2 Kilo (minimal) Atau ga pake olah raga juga boleh, tapi aga lama turunnya...takut duluan bosen 🙏🏻
