I went to a friend's stagette yesterday....not good.
Back on my diet today and going hard at it too! I have to get to the 150's before the end of the month!!!!
I am determined to get this weight off once and for all. I think that I will go back to watching my carbs again but not too strict on it though because I found it to be too difficult to stick to just 20 grams of net carbs. 25 I can do though:) It may make me lose a little slower, but that's what I am aiming for.
We will see what happens:)
