Gained a half pound this morning. Probably ate too much over the weekend (should forego fried smelt at Chinese dimsum). Also didn't drink enough water over the weekend. Happy to return to my usual work-week routine. So much easier to exercise control during the week bc I'm not eating out, my water bottle is on my desk, and I'm up early to exercise before work. Put in 45 minutes on the treadmill this morning with hill intervals, level 3. Goal is to keep this going the whole week.
