Well, I knew I lost two pounds too quickly overnight yesterday....lol.
Oh well, so what? So I went up by 0.4 pounds....I lifted very heavy weights yesterday and I need a recovery period today. I am pretty sure tomorrow the scale will say a different number alltogether:)
