Today's weight lifting workout: 3 X 22 pushups, 6 X 15 pushups, 4 X 30 crunches. Doing this every other day is starting to be really hard. If I wasn't in the weight lifting challenge, I probably would be taking three or four days off now from lifting. I don't mind doing aerobics almost every day, but mixing in the weight lifting is making it difficult.
Also, it's getting harder to keep on the diet on a daily basis. I'm simply getting hungrier, and I think my body is telling me it wants to try to gain some weight back. An all-you-can-eat buffet sounds pretty good to me now. But I've kept on track pretty well, so far, considering. This is where the "set-point" theory really gets tested. I haven't been below the weight I am at now in a pretty long time. If I can get to my goal, that's better than I've done for many years.
