Well, I guess I'm back on track. :-) I lost 7 pounds the past week. Now to stick to it. Sigh. I have to say that I do feel motivated, at least. Today I'm going to weight watchers and I'm joining for 10 weeks. I'm hoping that it's the boost I need along with this diet.
