Yesterday was difficult for me. I went into town and had to deal with all of the issues w/ food, wanting to eat more, etc. I ate gum like it was candy- that's a no-no. From here on out, I'm giving myself permission to eat gum before lunch, dinner and after dinner/ 3 sticks max a day. I also ate 3 x the meat/protein allowance I am allowed. In addition, I had veggies that were more than likely cooked with some kind of oil. I didn't drink enough water- that's a BAD habit from school. My goals today: 1. Eat exactly what I am supposed to 2. Drink more water 3. Exercise 4. Stress less
