OK. I'm giving myself a whole FREE DAY and a day off from logging my food. I'm not planning to go hog-wild here, but I just want a day where I don't have to count, measure, log, etc. I want to eat leftover pizza from a really great indie restaurant (not deep-crust ... very thin crust, wood-fired Italian style ... and I'm not eating the ends either) and not have to try to figure out how to log that in the database. ;) That sort of stuff makes me crazy, lol.
Wondering if taking a 'free day' 1x/week on the Paleo diet would be the same/better/worse than having 1-3 free meals during the same week? Anyone have any thoughts on that?
