coconut oil is 2nd to olive oil! So much goodness in coconuts!!!

@ieGod The texture is definitely softer than an actual pancake but it wasn’t bad at all. As far as yolkiness, I didn’t really taste the egg in it. But that’s just me maybe others have had a different experience. Hope this helps! I’d definitely recommend them.

Kduez coconut oilis saturated fat it should not be eaten often.

It depends on your WOE. I avoid corn, soybean and canola oils, because of their Omega-6 fatty acids.

Good I say it because there is a false belief that it is super good for you and some ppl switched to it and cook everything with it. They base their usage on a study made that showed that something (can't remember the name) which is found in very small coconut oil is good 4ur health.... and it was subverted as many other things). I saw even the reseacher who led the study explain that her study was taken out if context and that she absolutely dies not recommended coconut oil to be used often.
