So i have been hiding for about half a month... not so cool hmm? truthfully exercise wise I have been doing OK, but I just havent been excelling food-ly. I am back on track mentally though but for a while I was idk, scared to try again because I feared I got so far off the bandwagon getting back on would hurt more. I don't really feel like weighing myself for probably at least a week because I don't need the added stress (new job, back to school, car problems) and I just want to be healthy. :)
