So today is the day of the barbeque and I'm nervous. They say not to skip breakfast so today I had breakfast before eleven! And I kept the calories low. I had half a fruit sandwich and some lunch meat also a cup of green tea and a mini delight. I'm full and under 400 calories! I have to make sure that I resist the urge to gorge myself! Remember I can take the rest home there is no need to eat it all!
