pam-u-la's Journal, 02 Jun 13

I did a good dead yesterday! I also went grocery shopping and only got exactly what I needed. Plus seeing that I had lost 2lbs of water weight also made me feel a tad bit better.
So I know now minimal salt and no over processed bread may help me get to my goal.
The humidity is finally suppose to break and I am grateful for that.
Today is going to be stairs day as I have to do laundry. The ol underwear draw is pretty empty! Lol

So here's to day two of the challenge. Need to find some nutrional facts on something to post!

I've never been one to look at my sodium intake. Mainly because I do have to eat out because I travel for work and I am at the mercy of the restaurants. However, I am starting to wonder if there isn't something to this too much salt theory.

There certainly could be. I do not pay too much attention to items that contain the sodium, it's the sodium I add. I just know for me salt + humidity + my meds = bloated everywhere and sore joints! :(

Gotcha. I don't ever touch the salt and pepper shaker so no worries there.
