Looking forward to getting stuck into our new group. Well done Paula. I have just been invited out to dinner tonight. A posh resturant in NottingHill!! Very excited - my friend is treating me and I haven't seen her in a while . Am going to enjoy a glass of wine and a sensible meal choice!!

Good for you Jill, go and have fun! We can always chose to make good choices even when dining out, we shouldn't have to miss out on fun out with friends because we are on a (diet). It's all in what you make of it. Should be about the friendship and not the food anyway! :)
