SO HARD. Today I was doing great until I saw a cake in the admin kitchen at work. It had a huge amount of edge frosting left from removed pieces (who leaves that!!?). I took THREE HUGE spoonfuls of it. I am ready to give up and just be fat. :(

I think we all do that stuff sometimes. If you are doing it constantly, then maybe you might do better on a diet that allows you treats sometimes. If it's once and a while, then don't sweat it. A few tablespoons of stuff doesn't make us fat. It's the constant overeating. Just stick with the plan and keep going. Summer is coming! You can do this!
