Every have unususal thoughts about weight? Or your body size?
Ever look in the mirror and say if I weighed less this or that problem would not exist?
Well while thinking about this, I've come to realize that although no magic switch goes off in the brain, we allow our thought to be consumed to the point we think about food, weight, and activities we should be doing constantly. Well not everyone but I am sure a great majority do. To the point that valuable time is wasted.
Losing weight does not take away other problems.
Eating right and accurate amounts will not sooth the soul.
Exercise will make you feel good, but is it a long term thing?

I guess what all this babble is about balance. Not about how many thing you can juggle at one, but true balance. Taking the good, with the bad. The beautiful with the ugly. Learning what to accept and is right for you, while understanding what is not acceptable and wrong.

Once you can achieve the balance things will surely appear in a different light.
For me personally I would rather have a sense of balance over being a stick model.
Physically appearances fade, but inner beauty remains through a life time.
