Ugh...I just cannot seem to stick to my diet. By the time my 14 hour day ends I am beat, so I just eat whatever is close by and require no prep. I am so tired all the time so I don't have the energy to workout. Ugh...Hopefully I can get past this!

You know the problem, so figure out a way to solve it. Buy things that will make it easy and convenient. There are salads made up in super markets that contain dressing and forks. There are some decent frozen entrees (just watch sodium) and you can pair a salad from a bag with them. You can buy veggies all ready cut up and eat some with hummus or low fat dip. You have to really mentally ready to lose weight. If you eat healthy and get in a little exercise, you will have more energy to get through your day. You can do it. It just takes some motivation and planning.

Good advice Suzi... E if you are able to get some kind of exercise in it will really help you with your energy...If you will make your food diary available for everyone to view, that might help the rest of us help you along as well. You can do this! Good luck!

Even if you just take a break to walk for 20 minutes during the day, it will help. After all, look at all the people who take smoke breaks. Why not take a health break?

If you just eat whatever is close by, just make sure that whatever is close by is a healthy food.
