Alhamdulillah kesampean juga minggu ini di BB 66kg.. jadi semangat dietnyaa 😍.. setiap bln konsisten turun 2kg.. slow but sure 😎
66.7 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
