sama kak, aku juga stuck.. .. katanya karna defkal nya ga bener harusnya diatas BMR dibawah tdee gt kak, aku BMR nya 1345 tapi tdee aku sekitar 1443, harusnya makan di kalori sekutar 1400 gt akunya malah 1000 pun kadang sehari kurang dari 1000, ni lagi di coba naikin lagi asupan kalorinya
