Met Makan siang sobat fs.. hr ini maksi ditemani dgn ikan panggang, tahu panggang, selada, dan sambel geprek canona oil yg super cetar ya ampuun sampe nangis.. ini uda kenyang bgt nikmat, roti gandum sampe ga kemakan total cuma 254 kalori Alhamdulillah..
