I lost 2.5 pounds at my TOPS meeting yesterday so I am flying high this morning. I go by my scales for this site so I am 3 pounds lighter here than I am at TOPS. Going for a walk in about 20 minutes My goal is to reach 118 but Christmas Day and it looks like I may accomplish it.
