I put on five pounds on a trip to New Zealand and over Christmas. Now I'm back on track and aiming to take off those five pounds and then add another fifteen. The daily weigh-in and tracking everything eaten seems to work best for me and eating three meals with plenty of protein, some fruit and lots of veggies keep me from craving. No snacking in the evening has been a big boost to my weight-loss success.
