Just bought a new dress, and I am fitting into dresses I couldn't get into. The scales don't show significant loss, but I feel muscles building up. Oh and I joined a Jazz Funk Dance class - two hours on Sunday; looking forward to the next one! I am doing stretches I thought impossible after my back injury. I almost cried after the first class. I feel so much healthier!

Look at you! You are now kickstarted into the next trend of your program. You must be thrilled that your back can handle these new 2-hour workouts. Lots to be happy for! Good for you Reevan!

:) Thanks for the pat on the back Aditya :) Yes it is AWESOMEEEEEEE!!! I wish I had begun this earlier... But probably my back couldn't take it... Anyways looking forward to the future! Just one year and I should reach normal weight... Pushing for it

Leonore thanks for the cheering, means a lot :) I was super dooper thrilled, I was so overwhelmed after class. Downside is I have been cheating on some carbs... I think I need to restart on the 17-day Cycle 1. The problem is too many people getting married this month... so many hen parties, lets-catch-up-before-I-get-hitched parties, etc... Lots of people also returning home from overseas, so meeting up with them, dinners and lunches... sigh... However, the amount I eat has been drastically reduced. Hopefully by the end of this month I will be able to be faithful to cycle 1... Then I could finally start it with all dedication...(Note to friends: After May, do not marry till December...) ;) I will also fit into nicer clothes by then and make their pictures look good... What say Leonore?
