Just find out it’s sugar that messes up greatly with my health. And sugar in carbs and sugar in fruits. Yes fructose counts as sugar too and spikes up insuline level. I’m not diabetic but it definitely affects my body. So now yay!! (Sarcastic) I have to reconsider everything I eat. Today it’s a first day and I suck cause I find out it’s in everything I eat :( how sad. But I give it at least a month to see if there will be improvement. Thanks for support.

Hope it goes well. I am not quite sure what you have decided to do. But I eat a very low carb diet almost daily and I plan around protein.. that way I am off to a good start... egg, bacon, meat, fish, fats, cheese (to a certain extend), nuts (but in limits) If I start with those the rest of the items just become small additions. Anyways, good luck
