A week since I started intermittend fasting. I am doing 20/4 and finding it real easy ... I have found my rhythm! This is like running long distance. Once you find your rythme you can go for ever!

I will never tell anyone to do what I do because:

1. We are different individuals
2. Different preferences
3. Different routines at home
4. Different tastes
5. What work for me won't necessarily work for you
6. Etc.

But ... I share in case someone find it interesting or might get some information out of it!

I am primarily counting calories and limiting my fat content to be below 30%. Last week Fryday I decided, after reading an article I shared here, to do intermittent fasting with what I am doing presently. I was on 1500 calories a day and normally consume 200 calories for breakfast. Starting 20/4 intermittent fasting and only going to do two meals between 14h00 and 18h00 and skipping breakfast I reduced my total calorie intake to 1300.

I must say much easier than I thought it would be ...

1. No cravings
2. No hunger
3. Not missing anything
4. Only drink water or green tea during the 20 hour fasting period.

I am really keen to see my weight on Monday morning when I weigh in ... Hope I won't be disappointed!

I believe and also from experience some 15 / 18 years back when I lost about 57kg, If you found your rhythm, do dilligently what you have to do, following your rules then the results has to come and the kg's must start to fall!

I aim for double digits by June 2020 ... Let's hope!

That's the spirit! You can do this. It's you own race, own space and own pace. With triak and error you'll find your own MOJO. All the best 💯

I find it easy as well Capie, I do 20-24 hours most days. Sometimes I do 30hours - 48hours. I OMAD(one meal a day) and usually in the mornings. I just prefer it that way. It gets even easier about a few months. I’ve been doing this since July last year. Second nature now 😊

That’s great that you found your rythme. I can’t believe how patient you are to only weigh yourself when you weigh in!
