Alhamdulillah.. setelah 5hari jalanin hidup sehat dan selalu menghitung kalori setiap makan. Semangat masih byk PR .minggu pertama pasti cepat trun, minggu kedua dst pasti melambat,harus diimbangi olahraga untuk minggu2 slnjutnya biar ada progress.semangat
