good morning. It's 6:15 am here and I'm waiting for daylight.
I got my 3 miles in. I felt like I could have done more. If I feel the same tomorrow I think I might just "up" my walk to 3 1/2. My goal is to walk 5 miles at least 4 times a week and eventually 5 miles a day.
The weight lifters challenge begins today! I'm on the Red team.
