Damn, that ice cream is still in the freezer. Had a bit more last night. There is still one pint in there, haunting me with its sinful deliciousness. :)
Next time I buy ice cream, I am putting them in small serving-size freezer cups for portion control, and tracking exact nutritional value. Once I'm aware of exactly what I am eating, it's usually enough to make me think twice about eating it.
