I just finished my 3 miles and it took alot of talking....to myself...again! I didn't feel well yesterday so I was only going to walk a mile, I figured I could at least get that in. I feel great that I did the 3 miles. I want so bad to keep this up, yet sometimes it takes so much effort.
there is an event downtown this afternoon, so I"m going to take my pedometer and see if I can get another 2 miles in.

im the same ways at times..i wake up an dont want to go walking...but i force myslf to get ready and head out the door...thats half of the challange...once i start walking...its over an im happy i went...keep up the great work...
