Actually you need to take of the problem or you will end up with a whole set of other problems. You might need to up your veggies (plenty with very little calories). Squash has a lot of water and and fiber. Drink plenty of water. Losing weight is about being healthy and if you diet makes you unhealthy than that's not a good thing. Increasing your veggies shouldn't impede your loss. Drink plenty of water too.
