This is great personal evidence! This goes to show that eating natural foods can fave great effect on the bod and that the what you eat is can very well be more important than how much you eat. I'm digging this. Thanks for sharing your experience!

You're welcome CJT1217. I'm just so excited because when my lipids 1st dropped 3 years ago, people kept telling me that it only happened in the beginning of low carbing and wouldn't last. *snicker*

Neptunebch, I have a fitbit and try to get as close to 10000 steps a day, though I don't always make it. It depends on my pain level how well I do. The warmer weather is really helping:)

I think you are doing just great!!! I am so proud of you and I hope next time I get a checkup my results will be as great as yours. WTG on sticking to the new way of eating and GOOD FOOD, too.... how bout that? Wonderful news!!!
