Bbku skrg 68kg diet di kalori 1700 .. aq selalu penuhin sih bun heheh paling kadang plus minus sedikit gak sampe 100kal.. ini br semingguan bu diet defisit kalori.. lmyn nih dah turun 1,7kg .. agak lama sih turunnya tapi gpp yg penting sehat dan konsisten..
