Went to a fundraiser last night that was supposed to be a dinner event, but was only appetizers. Came home hungry and ate a late dinner of pasta and wine. Still up .25 over last Wednesday; not too bad considering I woke up feeling heavy.

You're doing great! Sometimes you've just got to go with the flow and give in to a bit of excess! The important thing is to leave it behind and move on. It's depressing sometimes when the slightest deviation seems to make one "pay" on the scales, but such is the lot of those of us who constantly battle against weight gain. I'm abroad at the moment and trying really hard to stick to my diet, however I'm going to Italy for a week on Friday.... oh dear... Hope to rack up some "credit" before I go so i can splurge, just a little!
