Went camping last weekend, hence the absence of journal entries with meal times, lol. Maintaining an eating regimen in the middle of the woods is interesting. I think I did OK, considering. I chose to have my 2 free meals during this camping trip, to make it easier to eat and just enjoy the camping trip (and the camping food!) and not worry about the regimen too much. For future trips, I now have a much better idea of what I can do when camping and how to manage that. It's not so hard.

Sorry no journal entry yesterday w/mealtimes. It was a tough day all around! The free pass for ice cream last night was priceless! Cold Stone custom creation. YUM.
