So much for a new start and new me,,,,,,,, where has my will power disappeared to all I can say is its obviously gone to the same place as my get up and go!!!!!! Back to work tomorrow (after 4 days off) and hopefully I will be better once I have a routine again. I must must must get back on track :-(
