HELP!!!
Aunt Flo is kicking my butt this weekend. I have been exercising and drinking a lot of water, but I feel like I'm loosing. Since Thursday, the scale says that I have gained 4 pounds!!!!
Please someone help me get rid of these 4 pounds!!! Where did they come from?
Thanks to my PCOS, I'm not used to having a regular period. I used to only get 1 to 3 a year. So all this PMS garbage is killing me. I have a stress test tomorrow, and if I feel like this, I fear that I will not do well. I also have to weigh in tomorrow. I really don't want to show a 4 pound gain. :-(
