After my "bad" day yesterday I was thinking this Morning what is the difference between people who reach their goal weight, of which I was one about 17 years back losing about 57 kg's, and those not ...

17 years back I was ruthless, dedicated, my eating plan consumed my whole life, I was extreme and I think in a way unpleasant. I decided this time to not do the same ... go with the flow and be more relaxed ...

Despite yesterday I decided to keep on being relaxed, take my time, take one day at a time and I think for all of us that is exactly the lesson:

1. Be relaxed about it
2. Take it one day at a time
3. When you fall or default ... stand up and keep going

Those succeeding are the ones who keep going no matter what! It is like running a marathon ... find your rhythm ... one foot before the other ... dont look at the horison ... focus in front of you ...

STAND UP AND KEEP GOING!!!
