I’ve been working out. I haven’t changed my diet. I haven’t cheated. Here I am gaining weight again! I never know what to do when this happens. I get discouraged as hell because I feel like I’ll never get lower than 208 before i start to blow up again. It’s constant. This has been happening for years.
