I am a 47 soon to be 48 year old woman who is absolutely in love with
Weight Watchers. I began WW this past May. I didn't have enough encentive to do it alone. My 17 year old daughter's friend had joined WW with wonderful results. She had lost over 26 lbs and looked fabulous! I thought if its good enough for a 17 year old then it's good enough for me. Then the wonderful journey began. My 30 year class reunion was October 13 of this year. I had lost 37 lbs to take me down to 129 lbs. Needless to say I was lookin mighty "hot" that weekend with my size 7 hiphugger jeans and my black fitted sweater for the classmates only evening on Friday. Then the following day was the formal reunion dinner/dance. I purchased a "gorgeous" full length black gown (size 6) for this wonderful evening. I had the most wonderful time of my life! The compliments from both nights were overwhelming to me. I was finally back to my normal weight and it was heavenly!!

You can be my inspiration. I have lost and put on more weight than anyone else I know. Maybe this time I can do it.

Your post is exactly what I needed! I'm 42 and have until August '08 until my 25th class reunion. I start diets and when I see a little gain, I panic and pull out! I really want to be successful. Please give me your best advice on how you continued on and lost so much weight.
