thank you everyone! and no yogurt - it’s half a banana, a cup of mixed berries, half a mango some coconut water, almond milk, and a dash of honey!

Look good! I eat smoothies for lunch often, sometimes with Greek yogurt or just unsweetened almond milk,vanilla or chocolate flavored protein powder, usually with berries, sometimes avocado or banana, etc...sometimes add chia seeds, flaxseeds& nuts.
