Listening to my body when it says I’m full is a luxury when I take the time to breathe and savor my food I’m able to easily hear the signals saying you’ve had enough , save the rest for later. One of my New Year’s goals is to get up a little earlier even on the workday and give myself the gift of having enough time to eat without rushing I’m so used to bolting down my food these are bad habits I need to reverse
