Wow! Thought I would have a gain this morning for sure. That last workout was killer and I usually retain more water - also leads me to believe I'm still not drinking enough water. It is impossible to not enjoy a little drop though - good for the spirits. Trying to remain grounded though - because I know I will gain once the muscle vs fat loss takes over.
