Well, I stuck to my plan tonight. I went out for wings and didn't blow my calories. I am glad I don't have to do it all of the time because saving the needed calories was hard. But doable. I am so proud of myself. I think I have figured out how to go out to eat without overdoing so much that I feel guilty. Guilt free is a good feeling. I had left overs but let my mother in law take them home for my father in law and that way I don't have to indulge again tomorrow and chance blowing it again besides I can handle only so many fried foods anymore.

YAY Kathy! If you continue like this you'll be at your goal weight in no time. LOVE the idea of always having a plan, no matter what the food challenge is. Clever, giving away the leftovers. Great tip.

Never limit yourself what you want, a diet never works without the things you love, deprivation in my case is over indulgence when the opportunity arises. In time you may find losing a taste for those things but also have a huge iceberg salad before touching the wings and drinking water savor and taste.Yaay be glad your on track - Diligence... we must strive for.
