I still haven't weighed but I used my tape measure today and since I first measured myself about 3 weeks ago, I've lost 3/4 of an inch on both my wrist and my neck and almost 4 inches on my waist and 2 on my hips. I have lymph edema(swelling) that affects my feet and legs so I don't typically measure them.
My stove and sink are now clean. Thank Goodness for my mother's help. Now I just have to get some cooking utensils and the food and I'll be able to cook a little bit now. Hopefully by next week I won't be completely dependent on the microwave. When that happens it will be the first time in over two years that I have felt well enough to even attempt to cook.
