So this is it diet time and get into shape I have put on far too much weight over the festive periods has anyone got any tips, tricks , recipes or good foods to have that’s easy and good for ok the go?

Amanada don't stress over things In the past everything is in front of you. Set goals which are SMART Sensible, Measurable,Achievable!,Right,Tangible. And before anyone picks me I do know what SMART stands for but I think this fits my appropriately.
