Holy Polony!!! I’ve just tightened my belt because my trousers weren’t sitting very comfortably and I see I’m on the last hole on the ‘good’ side! I’m hoping I need to get some more punched into the belt soon.
To think I was doubting myself this morning. I was having ‘yellow line fever’ and getting rather upset that I wasn’t dropping weight to sink below even the yellow line on my weight history but again, for me it’s to do with size and body fat percentages. The fact that I’ve dropped waist size again is very, very encouraging!!!
