decent day into calorie deficit. would have looked better, but I came home to my cajun mom in law making shrimp po'boys. I am only human you know! I just grabbed the only po'boy I could finfd off of the f/s search.
mindset changing back slowly to logging and digging same. night night!

stay strong. don't slip. I was down to 178... one cheat day started slipping into more... 18 mos later and I'm up to 220!!! don't ruin all your sacrifices and hard work!
