So, lately I have been feeling down. I thought I would come on here and reach out to other people who may or may not be in the same situations that can give me advice and motivation. I truly want to lose weight so that I can also be happy with my outer self. However, like stated b4 the ppl around me are negative. I keep adding all these challenges (which I do plan on doing progressively) but it is hard when you have no one physically there. I want a walking buddy or someone to workout with in home. Its just so hard wanting to be atleast 30lbs thinner and the people around you are telling you you are fine. But they are bigger.
