besok back on track..mau makan real food
detox semangka,air kelapa makan nya ubi rebus/panggang,tahu kukus,tempe kukus,telur rebus dada panggang,ikan rebus,sayurnya sawi,timun,wortel,selada(selama 3 hari) sambil intermtn fasting
.bismillah semoga bukan cuma wacana..stuk 1 bulan itu galau juga trnyta..jauhin hamba dr goreng2n ya Allah😢
86 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
